Dave Archer was born in Africa and had many companies from farming strawberries in East Africa to pilot to soldier to publishing and electronics.

When South Africa fell apart 25 years ago he sailed out on a yacht via the Indian and Atlantic oceans and spent 6 years living in the Caribbean on several islands running yacts in the 60 to 75 foot range as a USCG Captain.

Then he lived in Europe for a few years before moving to live with several companies in the USA, Florida and Seattle for the next 8 years, also involved with condo development.

For the past 7 years Dave has lived with family on the Caribbean coast of Mexico, actively involved with Real estate and development. We selected Mexico as the best place to live in a peaceful stable country where the local people enjoy a slower yet full life. Mexico is a warm country with warm people who are easy to live with yet this area of Cancun Playa and down to Tulum has become a first world area with an international community where many thousands of Europeans Americans and Canadians have relocated or retired.
