Winds of change in USA and globe.

I sympathise with millions of Americans who are in tough times. But, the only true thing of life is change and we need to accept and move on.

25 years ago as South Africa was falling apart and the currency was going down the toilet, I decided to cash out and check out but, the SA government said I could only leave with 10000usd. So I went shopping for a yacht as the only then to move your funds out was Diamonds or Gold Krugerrands. I liquidated several companies and properties, a very painful experience, and without knowing the back or front end of a boat, sailed out of Durban on a 42 foot yacht on an 8000 mile voyage to the USA via Brazil and the Caribbean.

Turned out to be the best change I ever made. Perhaps many Americans should consider selling and moving on. Things are not going to get better for a long time. Banks are failing in the USA and Europe at a frightening rate. It is irrelevant who the next President is. The crash has happened, the Dollar will fall but while it is strong, I suggest you move a % out into stable offshore markets or property. Last week you could have made 20% on a single currency exchange with the Mexican peso. You can make 20% a year on a Mexican property in the right location. Mexico is stable and strong and largely independant of the global crash, easy to live and work in or retire.

I have learned to accept change and see the bright side of a crash, it can be a painful experience but use it to change your life for the better. To stay on in a crisis and have sleepless nights is not worth it. I am currently working with dozens of American and Canadians in process of moving down, it is a simple journey once you decide to do it, I will help you along the way in buying a new home and opening an offshore account.
