I am on the inside of the market having lived here 7 years and most of you are on the outside looking at buying here, with some fears and concerns.
A brief update is the market is still booming along and many of my clients with under $200k are finding it tougher to buy as prices are moving up, I would suggest you buy as soon as you can as property will just keep climbing at an average 20% pending location, for beachfront expect 30%.
I am working with over 40 couples now from the Usa and Canada and it amazes me how many are exiting the USA, they are selling their homes and business and cashing out to relocate here or retire.
I think the USA is cracking and falling with the US dollar, I left Seattle right after 9/11 and have no regrets, amazing what a skinny little fella with an AK47 did from a desert some time back.
