Flying in to view homes or secure over the internet. many buyers are very savvy so when they see a deal and timing is good for them, great buys can be had by moving quickly. or I have many sales where the buyer knows the home and secures the sale with a $10k deposit to escrow, yes we have escrow and Stewart Title for closing escrow or title insurance.
