About half of real estate buyers I speak to want a safe secure investment and many look at investing $300k to $1 million in a condo or beachfront property.
Is Mexico a good safe investment with high returns? Yes, one can expect 15 to 25% a year appreciation pending location and type of property.
But is buying a condo from a builder the only way to go? No.

This is a Mexico real estate investment trust. Each investor is registered in the trust and owns/holds lien on the property until sold and then is paid out principal plus 30% interest. Clean safe simple. 1 page contract. My company does all the work and you relax, when you come down stay in a 5 star or 5 diamond resort and I get results. Funds are deposited to Escrow and when the property is resold you can cash out or roll over your returns and or principal to a new term.
Also exit option is 1 year, short clean sweet.
